BNP PARIBAS: 150 YEARS
To celebrate BNP Paribas’s 150th anniversary in Switzerland, the bank wanted to make a lasting impression with a major event bringing together nearly 700 staff members at the InterContinental in Geneva.
To mark the occasion, G&G Communications devised and organised a bespoke evening, designed to be a truly immersive experience. From concept to execution, the agency managed every aspect of the event: artistic direction, set design, logistical coordination and production.
On the programme: interactive activities, games, artistic performances featuring a DJ and a live singer, as well as a highlight featuring a birthday cake to mark the 150th anniversary. The experience was enhanced by professional photographic coverage and a carefully selected catering service, perfectly in keeping with the calibre of the event.
Through this evening’s event, G&G Communications succeeded in creating a unifying, elegant and memorable occasion that reflected BNP Paribas’s heritage, values and modernity.
DJ and live singer
The artistic aspect of the evening also played a central role in the overall experience, with the musical programme designed to be a real highlight of the event.
The DJ set, combined with a live performance by the singer DORA and her live band, created a unique atmosphere, transforming the evening into an experience that was both immersive and unifying.

Entertainment was also a central feature of the experience, with various games stations set up throughout the event venue.
